Why do I have the things I do in my store? The journals are simple to explain. When I was young, on my first christmas that I could remember, I asked for paper and pencil. While it was unfortunate that we were so poverty stricken that these materials were not readily available, I now believe it was a cry for expression. My soul desired to express itself through a pencil and paper. This would grow to be the greatest and sometimes only outlet for me to express myself. I follow my intuition and what brings me joy and this certainly does.
All the journals I’ve ever written in were boring and uninspiring. A plain notebook from the bargain shelf, that somehow always got mixed in with my school books or stuffed away in a box somewhere. When deciding what I wanted to do in my adult life, I realized I wanted to give back something that had carried me through so many hard times my life. A journal. A beautiful creation that is fun to look at, that looked pretty on a book shelf or lying on a reading chair or desk. A book that was as carefully crafted as the stories it would hold. Okay, so journals. What else?
In my early 20’s I began to explore psychedelics, Hypnosis and astral travel. During my journey I discovered the writings of hypnotherapist, Dolores Cannon. In one book, a hypnotherapy session utilizing crystal skulls was described in detail. The session stated that these crystal skulls carried knowledge and were gifts from more advanced beings. Something about a crystal having the ability to carry and safeguard information intrigued me.
Generally, people do not willingly share their private musings and they are inadvertently discovered in a forgotten book while cleaning the hidden corners of an unused room. Passed down as a heirloom, cherished but often misunderstood by the receiver. Much like these crystal skulls I was now reading about.
What If I got one of these crystal skulls and infused my own message and energy into it? Would future generations be able to read the information and energy? Even if it was just a rock carved into the shape of a human skull with no special abilities or characteristics, the idea still put a smile on my face. Generations of different stories and thoughts all held within one crystal. Waiting for one person with the ability to gather and share the information stored inside. An intriguing and fascinating idea indeed.
